Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.

You can use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display, BUT

Only if you agree not to use Service in :

- Any use, for creating any illegal stuff as per the law

- Any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

- Any attempt to reverse engineer our services

- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, or database connected to Service.

- Any attack on Service, like via any (distributed) denial-of-service attack.

- Taking any action that may damage or falsify Service rating.

- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to access any private information of the service or of any user(s)

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription(s).

We keep on improving the product to provide better user experience but we do not promise everything is perfect and there might not be any technical glitches. But we try our best to fix it (if found any) as soon as possible :)

Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable as we open all our application for everyone to try and use, before upgrading to pro versions

Beta versions are not production ready, you can use it on your own risk

We make no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates any warranties.

Feedbacks and Error Reports are always welcome and your details along with your Reports and Feedbacks can only be shared publicly if you agree to do so (you can mention that anywhere in your response)

Our Service may contain links to third party websites or services, So you must read the terms of service and privacy policies of any such third patry websites you will visit

We may change price in the future with prior notice, It also means, we may reduce the price as well not the other way round only, and worry not you don't get any surprises, we try to make it as friendly as possible :)

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time with prior notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Service.
